Cancellation Fees for Cosmetic Dermatology Services

Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, kindly contact us by phone during our clinic's operating hours. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 3 business days in advance will not incur a cancellation fee. For cancellations or reschedules made within 2 business days of your appointment, a cancellation fee will apply as detailed below.

The cancellation fee will be billed at your next visit. Should payment not be rendered, you will be unable to receive treatment, even if you have purchased a course or package.

Cancellation Fees for Cosmetic Surgery and Gynecology

If you wish to change or cancel your appointment, please contact us by phone during clinic hours. A cancellation fee will be incurred as outlined below, starting one week prior to your appointment.

Cancellation fees will be charged during your next visit to our clinic. Please note that treatments cannot be rendered if payment is not settled.

For late arrivals to your scheduled appointment

Should you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, a late fee will be applied as outlined below.

For delays of 15 minutes or more
For same-day rescheduling	¥7700
When same-day treatment is possible, subject to appointment availability	¥5500

Late fees will be applied and charged on the day of your scheduled appointment. In the event of no-shows or repeated lateness and cancellations, we reserve the right to decline future appointment bookings. We kindly request that you arrive with ample time for your appointment.
