Minors (under 18 years of age) wishing to undergo treatment must visit the clinic accompanied by a parent or guardian, or present a completed 'Parental Consent Form'. The Parental Consent Form can be downloaded from the link below. If accompanied, the parent or guardian must bring a valid form of identification.

To provide personalized care for each patient's unique concerns, our clinic operates on an appointment-only basis. You can schedule your appointment via phone, email, or LINE. We will inquire about your skin or facial concerns, desired treatments, and preferred dates and times in advance to facilitate your booking.

Upon arrival, please complete a medical questionnaire. This helps us understand your current concerns, medical history, and specific preferences for your desired treatment. For identity verification, you may be asked to present a valid form of government-issued identification when completing the questionnaire.

You will have a comprehensive consultation with one of our physicians. If required, you will be asked to cleanse your face prior to the examination. We dedicate ample time to our consultations to ensure all your concerns are addressed and any anxieties or questions about your treatment are fully resolved. Please feel free to openly discuss any skin or beauty-related concerns you may have.

We will finalize the date and time for your treatment. Please schedule your appointment to best accommodate your personal calendar, taking into account any potential downtime and aftercare requirements. Certain aesthetic dermatology and aesthetic gynecology procedures may be available for same-day treatment. Please confirm this option when scheduling your appointment.

You will be attended to by our experienced doctors and staff. Please feel confident and comfortable throughout your treatment. As individual pain perception may vary, please do not hesitate to inform us if you experience any discomfort or pain during the procedure.

We will provide detailed information regarding billing, scheduling your next appointment, and aftercare instructions. While some treatments may require multiple follow-up visits, post-treatment consultations and any necessary medication prescriptions are provided free of charge.
