This surgical procedure involves using sutures to bring together the alar cartilages, which form the structural framework of the lower half of the nose. This procedure can refine and elevate the nasal tip.
Procedure Details
We offer both the CLOSED method, which minimizes visible scarring, and the OPEN method, which allows for precise and comprehensive reshaping. A protective splint will be applied for approximately 3 to 7 days post-procedure.
Our Distinctive Approach
Each patient presents with unique nostril shapes and desired aesthetic outcomes. We conduct thorough consultations to meticulously design a shape that is perfectly tailored to each individual patient. For further refinement, we may combine techniques such as the Tardy method, cephalic trim method, and columellar strut method.

Makeup
Makeup application is permitted from the day after suture removal, ensuring the wound area is avoided.
Bathing / Facial Cleansing
Showering and facial cleansing are permitted from the day of the procedure, provided care is taken to keep the wound and dressing dry. From the following day, the wound area may also be gently cleansed; however, the dressing must remain dry until further instructions are provided. Full bathing is permissible from the day after suture removal.
