Alar reduction surgery is a procedure designed to reduce the size of the nostrils. As each patient's nostril shape is unique, we propose a tailored and appropriate surgical approach for every individual.
About the Procedure
Excess skin from the nostrils is meticulously excised and sutured. No external fixation, such as a protector, is applied post-surgery.
Our Distinctive Approach
Every patient presents with a unique nostril shape and desired aesthetic outcome. We dedicate ample time to comprehensive consultations, meticulously designing a shape that perfectly complements each individual. Our techniques include the internal method for invisible scarring (utilizing cinch sutures), the external method for pronounced and effective results, alar base lift to elevate the nasal wings, and nostril rim elevation to lift the nostril openings. These techniques are strategically combined to achieve optimal surgical outcomes.
